Bad experience. And I’m not a complainer. Rude staff, place was not clean, only one sink to wash hands in. I had to have my full set taken off and started over. Ended up with thick, lumpy unnatural looking nails — not relaxing and not a good result. Avoid!!!

I love this place. I discovered it in a hurry one day and I will not be back to my old place again. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are a little higher than most suburban nail shops but you get what you pay for. I use my nails to type at work 6 days a week and after changing shops, I have not had a nail break yet. I will keep coming here every two weeks!

Tourist BEWARE!!! Honestly I wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Went in to get 2 nails fixed and toe nails painted. My toe nails are not smooth and are now cut crooked. I needed a pink and white repair and was given regular clear gel… After the pink was sitting on the table. They don’t listen to request and just don’t care. I will attempt to get my money back before I leave.

DON’T GO! Trust the bad reviews. They are accurate. I thought I’d give them a try because they were in a convenient location. I should have listened to others who have been. HORRIBLE services. My daughter and I both had pedicures which were mediocre at best. When I got home I had to file my nails to even them out and get rid of the the rough edges that were left. I had to paint one nail that was only half painted. The experience went from bad to worse as my gel manicure began. I informed several people several times that I would need to have the existing acrylic removed before having a gel manicure. NO ONE seemed to understand. (English was a second language for all of the employees. The Russian receptionist spoke broken English to the Vietnamese girls and neither understood what the other was saying. They both continued to shake their heads affirmatively while not understanding what the other was saying at all). They proceeded to try to do a gel manicure over the existing acrylic that they had only half removed at best. There were literally pieces of acrylic hanging off of my nails as the girl started to file and shape them. That’s when I spoke up. Another employee came over and told me that I never told them to remove the acrylic UUGHHHH! I finally got someone to understand, and she took over, tried to make the experience better, removed the acrylic, and proceeded with the manicure which also turned out to be mediocre. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will never be back.

This was the worse service me & my hubby’s ever received from a nail salon. Not ever recommending this place. It’s the most rushed and agressive pedi’s we’ve experienced and they used an actual cheese grater on my husband. His skin was scrubbed raw. My cuticles were cut so close that it bled and you can see it on the towel. $ 70 + gratuity! Not coming back. We are generous to great service but this… we’re disappointed.

Awful service. People are very rude and their is a weird perverted guy that kept hitting on my friends and saying how hot they were. Very uncomfortable. We politely asked to fix one of my nails and the lady was extremely rude. Over priced. Do not go here. Save your money. Absolutely terrible. No joke.

Worst salon and spa place EVER. They need to shut this place down. It’s THAT bad. They have a guy who works there who thinks he can do and say anything. Extremely rude. There’s a girl who messed up on my friends nail and instead of apologizing for it, she cocked an attitude. Wayyyy over priced! Customer service is completely foreign to them. This place will be replaced soon. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I don’t like to give bad reviews. However, I feel like I need to warn my fellow pedicure enthusiasts. I just experienced the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. And I’ve had hundreds. Of good ones.
As soon as I sat down with my chosen color I was aggressively upsold to the next (overpriced) pedicure. Then the man assigned to me proceeded to give me the quickest and surliest service EVER. Not going back.

I had high hopes but this place was awful. Maybe, maybe a 1 minute massage for $ 55… not sure if it’s because we’re from out of town or if it’s because they’re in a mall, but this was not worth the money. If I’m ever back in new Orleans i will not be going back.

Great pedicure — very clean and thorough. Located within the Riverwalk Mall across from Famous Footwear. My pedicurist took a lot of time cleaning up my calloused feet — more than most! Deep massage, too — Excellent attention to detail. I also had my brows waxed and that was great as well. I’d definitely come back!

Ok I’m scared they are using a cheese grater on some ladies feet. NO really it’s an actual cheese grater… This is me running out the door
