I bought a Groupon for $ 30 for SUV or town car shuttle service to or from Louie Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The first time I tried to call them I did not get called back for three days… so I did not need them for when I got to New Orleans. When I tried to get a hold of them for my return flight they told me they would not come get me for anything less than $ 100. I reiterated that I needed a ride to the airport from my hotel (which was less than 20 miles) and my response was basically like not my problem (in the rudest way possible.)
