Air Conditioning & Heating by Nash

Nash just replaced all of the 30 year old ductwork and vents in the second floor attic of our home. We had been warned by others that while necessary, this was a nasty, and very dirty job. We knew there had been a good bit of moisture there for several years as the old vent work deteriorated, and we were told to «prepare ourselves“for what might be significant sheetrock repair to the ceilings the job was done. The Nash team of workers came prepared and did an AMAZING job, protecting all areas and cleaning up as they went through every room on our second floor. They finished the job in a single day. Because they were so careful, the sheetrock is just fine, the house was left clean, and the nasty, rotting old ductwork and vents are replaced with all new, clean materials. The price was exactly as quoted.
We love these guys.

I do not know how this company stays in business. Three years after spending $ 7,500 on a new unit, Nash wants $ 1,200 to replace a part that’s still under warranty. They say I haven’t had it serviced regularly but what were they doing every season they had to come out to get it working. It has yet to make it through a summer or winter without breaking down. This company lacks ability and honor.

Nash is the company I’ve established a relationship with when it comes to the AC and heating system in the house. I’ve been using them for about 12 years and have no real complaints. They come by twice a year for the preseason checkups and service the units. When I had to replace the downstairs AC for the house, their price was competitive. Two years later, I used them to replace the upstairs system.
