I know Dr. Zheng and her staff for years. I felt no hope to get pregnant before seeing her. Here is why. I was trying pregnancy for 8 years. I have done 4 IVFs with prestigious IVF centers. I had ectopic from the 1^st IVF. The last three attempts all failed. I have several issues, low egg reserve, blocked tubes from the ectopic, endometriosis. Just like many women out there, I was desperate. I don’t understand why it’s so easy for others but so hard for me. I was introduced to Dr. Zheng via friend referral. I learnt from her that good egg quality and good uterus lining are the keys to create healthy baby. The Chinese herb can help slowing down aging of the eggs and acupuncture can help the blood flow and lining of the uterus. But it takes time and require patience. Dr. Zheng also recommended Mini IVF for my case because of my past response. I spent three months to eat supplements and drink her herbal tea. When I had IVFs after, I couldn’t believe that I had 2 embryos made it to day 5 blastocysts. This is a miracle! I transferred 1 embryo in March. Right now I am almost 7 months pregnant. I went to see Dr. Zheng when I was at the end of my rope. We had been trying IVF for 2.5 years. I have severe diminished ovarian reserve… working with about 2 – 6 follicles a month. This was my last ditch effort before moving onto donor eggs. I am 38 years old and my AMH was .3 by the end. Mine dropped dramatically over the 3 year period. Our early IVF cycles yielded very little fertilization and poor embryonic grading. I knew I needed to do everything to help improve my embryo quality b/​c I was pretty sure I wouldn’t have 15 follicles showing up any time soon. Work with what you got… so the saying goes.
I chose to visit Dr. Zheng in person just one time and then talk over the phone and email. Dr. Zheng is such a sweet woman and even though it was hard to understand her a little, I felt I was in very capable hands. She took my pulses and looked at my tongue, performed 1 acupuncture session on me and sent me on my way with a 1 month supply of bulk herbs. The herbs are all specific to your cycle phases. She also gave me her ‘point protocol’ and my acupuncturist back home followed it to a T. I did acupuncture twice a week for those 4 months, which I HIGHLY recommend.
The herbs were tough at first, but then you actually start to crave and enjoy them!
I went in for a baseline ultrasound after 4 months, but had only 2 follicles… so we waited one more month and then there was 4!
Of the four, there were 3 eggs and 2 fertilized. The amazing part is that by my Day 3 transfer they were 9 Cells with A+ perfect grading… we were astounded.
They book took and one split! I am 18 weeks pregnant with Triplet Girls!!!

I was referred to Dr. Zheng by a previous patient of hers, who was referred to her by another patient and so on. I think most of her busy practice is made up of those types of referrals. It was fortunate for me, but I fear that this referral system leaves so many that can benefit from her care out of luck. That’s why I’m doing what I NEVER do and writing a review. I began treatment with Dr. Zheng after having been ill for 2 years, during which I had stopped menstruating for 10 months and then when I finally started again, my cycle returned to being all over the place (the way it had been for most of my life) and since I was already 41, my OB felt that I was going to have a hard time conceiving and couldn’t afford to just try naturally for long. I decided to delay trying for just a few months to allow my health to improve a bit more, and in that time I went to meet with Dr. Zheng. I am not a trusting person, especially of doctors, traditional or alternative. I had been through a lot in those 2 years and it left me weary. But from the very first time I met her, I trusted her implicitly. Her integrity and wisdom and kindness are apparent immediately and her patients are her ONLY priority. That is reflected in everything she does down to choosing her wonderful, caring staff. After only the first month of treatment my cycle began to normalize to the point that instead of IVF, which had been originally recommended, I was approved to do just IUI. By the time we did the IUI I my cycles had so normalized that the doctor who did it said that he didn’t even think I needed it. We conceived on the first try and I am now 15 weeks along. If you even think that you might have a problem with fertility, don’t
walk, run to her now. It will be the best decision you have EVER made.
Oh, also, while she specializes in fertility, she is a TCM practitioner and so she treats the whole body/​person. I had a lifelong issue with sinusitis and had been dependent on horrible toxic meds to manage it for years. When I decided to stop taking them for my health, I was suffering horribly. Within two days her herbs took it all away – that in itself was a miracle.

I highly recommend Dr. Zheng and her colleagues. I originally came for fertility issues and have continued for the past 6 years, now for peace of mind and well-​being as well as any physical ailments that arise. I am a former dancer and currently very athletic. She always helps me with stretched muscles and the like. When I have a cold, the herbs she gives me clears it away within a day. Her associates and so warm and caring as is she. It is a very peaceful place to spend an hour. And the needles actually feel good.
