Zar Property NY

I have worked with David Zar as a neighborhood partner. He has been collegial and generous.

Zar property is one of the nicest companies I have had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been living in one of their 3 bedroom apartments on 144^th street for the past 3 years. I love living there. The apartment has a nice layout, the building was recently renovated and it looks really nice, and the neighborhood is great.
I have never had an issue in my apartment. Ramon, the building’s super, is great. He’s so nice, I’ve never had a better super! I asked him if we could borrow some tools so I could install my window a.c., and he came up and installed the whole thing for me in 10 mins. He’s wonderful.
Zar property is great. They are super accommodating and always answer my emails/​phone calls within the hour. If I didn’t have to move across the country, I would be staying with Zar property. I’m very sad to leave. You will not regret finding a building through this company.

The Zar family is an absolute pleasure to work with. David is extremely well connected and always putting his tenants and contacts first, seeking ways to help them all regularly. I would not hesitate to refer a tenant to them… they are the ideal NYC landlord and/​or property manager.

I know Zar Properties for quite a few years. It’s hard to say this about property owners, but they’re a real mensch. I wouldn’t hesitate for one second to ever get involved with them, as a tenant or a partner. David is a class act.

I’ve worked with Zar Property as their residential broker for multiple years. My company handles all showings. David is exceptionally communicative and quick to try to fix problems that come up. Many tenants renew each year, always a good sign. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
