He is a good fillers injector, for sure. Why 3 stars only? Because there are things that should be handled better. First he should make up his mind on 1 and only office location and stick to that. If you decide to be everywhere all the time then you inevitably neglect patients here and there. Second, patients should be able to pay after the services and they should not be required to pay before receiving the injections. We are all different and it’s impossible for the doctor to predict exactly how many syringes he will use. Also because the patient may change his mid during the process and be like «Ok that’s enough for me, I feel like I am enough filled like that» The patient should be an active part of the injections. Third, he should open each syringe package he is going to use in front of you and then inject it one by one and not show you a bunch of empty boxes in the trash. I want to see the Doctor opening the box in front of me and then the plastic wrap as well. That’s all. If the Doctor can improve on those things he would deserve a 5 star rating.

Recently made an appointment here to have a procedure done. Absolutely great service and staff. Dr. Trokel was a skilled and talented doctor who walked me through every step. Would definitely recommend to a friend for any cosmetic procedure.

If I could give this man zero stars I would. He is an egomaniac a liar and a thief! He will keep you waiting hours with no regard for your time. He will overcharge you ($ 5,000 for filler??? and call it a Y lift that will not even last a few months). The products he uses are from Russia and are not approved here in the U.S. He may seem charming but that is just a facad for what is really underneath. Buyer beware!
