Jimmy is a gem. He has a deep understanding not only of fitness(nutrition, muscle tone, balance between aerobic/anaerobic, etc) but also in people and their different personality types. You may say that fitness is fitness for all, but everyone knows that people have different tolerance levels and need to be challenged in different ways. My friend and I are polar opposites in this regard, yet somehow when we train together, Jimmy is able to tailor the types of exercise and his motivational techniques to suit our individual needs. He’s not some NYSC/Crunch protein-powder-drinking, steroid-taking, teaching=yelling-believing meathead. He’s a real person, with real experience in fitness(not just some dude who decided to get HUGE and become PT). I can’t recommend this enough.
