Although I did not find the coat that I wanted (either Westminster or Boulder), there was good inventory but the thing that made this place a return visit was the sales staff. Tim was super helpful and even though it was clear that I wouldn’t be making a purchase, he still went out of his way to help me try on several coats for sizing.
Exemplary customer service — made me a potential customer even if I didn’t buy anything on this visit. So cool that we finally get a Woolrich store in the city. I started to get into this brand after «borrowing» my sister’s beautiful Barney/​Woolrich collaboration with the rabbit fur trim. In 20-​degree weather, this kept me warm while looking stylish!
