Sorry but this was Truly inedible, neither of us could take more than a few bites of our roasted chicken on ciabatta.

Every time I need a place for quick lunch in the area during my photoshoots, I keep coming back to ‘witchcraft. There are many reasons why. First of all, pretty spacious sitting area upstairs — and since i am usually so tired I am falling off my feet, it is a huge plus. Second reason(listen to this!) — they bring your order to you upstairs! No need to hover around and wait for it by cash register. Reason#3: free wifi. Reason #4: clean bathrooms. And lastly, and most importantly — they know how to make sandwiches. Limited menu, and it is done well. I love their Roast beef sandwich — and I will keep coming back for it as long as they making it.

This place seems to be take-out/delivery focused. Its always looked empty when i stopped by. Today I went in and found out they only had«3 sandwiches available». Did they run out of ingredients? The menu had about 10 sandwiches I couldn’t get. So i get the ham/pork sandwich on Ciabatta(a cuban sandwich) and its was pretty good. The bread was a bit TOO crispy like it was overly toasted, almost like eating a big cracker. The taste was definitely familiar like a real cuban sandwich. For $ 11 I was expecting more, and would rather have gone down the street to the cuban place for the real thing for a dollar less. Also all their drinks are organic/natural hipster drinks, no soda, and nothing diet/calorie free except water.

Like many previous Unilocalers, I stumbled upon this place while looking for a quite bite to eat. The place seemed empty(a lot of take-out), so I figured I could sit and try to get in some email/calls while in-between bites, but I guess I was wrong. The staff is extremely loud and a bit unprofessional — screaming in Spanish from across the room. I ordered the smoked ham and it may have been worth the nine or so dollars, but I would have enjoyed it more if I didn’t have to hear some drama about el jefe. Best bet: order your food to go, and sulk back to your cubicle or office cafeteria to eat in silence. It’s much better than eating it here.

I was passing by and was in need of some coffee and a pastry. The place looked clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but just right. I had a regular coffee and a croissant. It was tasty. I don’t get the bad reviews.

Come here everyday for my morning coffee. Iced coffee used to be $ 2.50 everyday. They raised their prices almost an entire dollar but the cup size is exactly the same. I can see, and 110% understand raising your prices to $ 2.75 without a cup change. Almost $ 3.50 for a medium sized cup that is on the already on the small side? I can go to Starbucks and get a yummy latte for that price. Shame on you witchcraft!

Situated awkwardly around the corner of a large business building(like everything else in Manhattan) one discovers the heart of overpriced sandwiches. Despite the stellar staff, clean environment, and relatively empty space, one looks down and wonders whether or not his or her bacon, lettuce, tomato sandwich, no matter how relatively organic, fresh, or divinely prepared it is, could possibly be worth the price it is.

Staff is always friendly and nice, Get the zucchini melt. It’s the only sandwich I get, I’ve tried some of the others and they aren’t worth the $ 10.

Too expensive for average sandwiches that excel in name only.

Pretty solid sandwich stop. Never disappoints, but not exactly somewhere to take a date. Prices are a little more than what you’d probably pay at a random deli, but the chain vibe makes it more reliable as far as quality.
