The recent reviews are spot on. This place is just awful. The food comes out at different times, it isn’t cooked properly, and it is overall incredibly underwhelming.
I spent the day hanging out at Chelsea piers and was so excited to dig into a burger… needless to say I won’t go back. I would have written a longer review but it honestly isn’t worth your time to read… let alone go to the restaurant.

Salads are not fresh, they do not have healthy food options, it’s not vegetarian friendly and the service is horrible.

This place is truly awful. I never write reviews but can’t help myself after our experience last night. We went there at 6pm with our three small kids after class at CP for a quick bite. The place was not crowded. We ordered two mac cheeses, a burger and a blackened chicken sandwich. Our friends ordered right after us. Their food came out before ours and 10 mins after they were served I asked if they could at least give us the kids mac and cheese so they could get started. The woman serving the food had so much attitude and was so incredibly rude, she just slopped it into the bowls and handed it me. We waited another 30 mins for our burger and sandwich. Huh? when I asked why it took so long they said because the chicken needed to be cooked. OK, then why not tell people it will take a while before we ordered it. Our friends were done eating before our food even arrived. On top of it, the food was disgusting… My husband could barely eat the sandwich and i spent all last night up with a stomachache from the cheeseburger. Our meal cost $ 47 (including some juice boxes and water), what a waste of money and a horrible experience.
Next time we will walk to 10^th ave and get something there. Even with the avenue block walk, it still would have been quicker, better and cheaper.
