My screen broke on my iPhone5. I called around a few places and this place has the best price! You can also check in for $ 10 off. My screen was fixed in 13 minutes… unreal! The staff was very friendly as well.

Let me start by saying, whomever answers the messages, is not the person you will deal w in the store. I contacted the site in advance to make sure of the price, etc. I told the gentleman I was supposed to come in on Christmas eve and was told, «well this is new years day. It’s different.’. Um-​what? I bought the replacement parts, bought a Unilocal deal to help with the cost, and went into the store. After 30 seconds, I was told that the glass on an iPhone could not be replaced, that it had to be the entire LCD. (Which is not true, as I have replaced many, many screens.) Any who, after being quoted a $ 40 replacement, I went to the store and was slapped w $ 109 bc they can’t replace glass. The coupon didn’t help at all, really. I had to ask the guy straight up why he was being such a jerk. Next time, I will use my guys in Brooklyn.
Edit: my coupon was honored– BUT!!! STILL paid a total of $ 99 with tax for the repair. They were still total jerks. I was offered no apology, no screen protector, nothing.

I am so happy these guys are in my neighborhood. This is my go-​to for all tech-​cessories. They super quick and convenient, and genuinely helpful. They are pros at repairing tech casualties; they have repaired screens on my iphone 5, iphone 6, AND ipad (I know…)

Dropped my Nexus 4 and needed a screen replacement, they did it in half an hour and charged 99 $ for the whole screen and touch pad. Very nice people, support your local businesses, :)

Just avoid this place. I brought my phone in for a screen repair. Once I got it back, a button was not working, so I took it to them again. They claimed I could not demonstrate it was their fault (it was working before and not after) and if I wanted it fixed it would be another 40 $ + had to wait for a week, nor a partial refund was offered. When I pointed out that was not ok I was told to «get out of the shop». I am sure one would be happy with this place if nothing goes wrong, but simply put this place would scam you if it can.
UPDATE — After the review above went online (just few hours later), the shop contacted me and offered to repair for free, offer I could not take up right away since I went out of town. It is unfortunate that such a response arrives only after a bad review on Unilocal,but still it was appreciated.

So my phone wasn’t working after I dropped it and I had no idea what was wrong.
Thankfully these guys were open. I walked in and 15 minutes later I had a functional phone. The staff was very courteous and efficient. They were very knowledgable on what was wrong and were able to fix it very quickly. I would highly recommend!!! Thank you wireless on 81^st!

I bought an iPhone case here and even though I couldn’t get a refund, the friendly staff offered an exchange for a different item. How awesome, right? It’s great to have a wireless store in the neighborhood where we can go to normal people who are working hard to keep small businesses alive.
