Great wine selection. Some scotch/​whiskey/​bourbon offerings as well. Did seem a bit overpriced. I might be used to NJ liquor stores and their $ 6.99 discount wine. Cheapest wine I found here was $ 12.99.

I did not get wine, maybe that was my problem. I bought a single molt scotch and a bottle of vermouth. The scotch was $ 30 over the average price (roughly 50% based on my research). As far as the bottle of vermouth is concerned, it was ever greater disappointment. My husband and I sampled a number of great inexpensive catalonian vermouth that he brought from Spain. I asked the salesperson if he had any. He said he did not have any from Spain but pointed me to a $ 32 bottle of vermouth from NY and said that he tried it and it was fantastic. Other people also raved about it. I asked again if this was a drinkable over ice vermouth. He said «yes». Guess, what? It was not. I understand this is a wine store, but felt ripped off since the salesman sold me overpriced sub-​par products.

The day that this place opened I was really happy. This is mainly because I live really, really close by. I’ve been there a lot.
Some positive things to note are…
Not sketchy like a lot of liquor stores in the city.
The staff is very friendly.
I am not a big wine drinker but if I was I’m sure they could help me.
Prices are good.
The selection is great too.

If you are a wine fan in the mood to try something new, but don’t know where to start, head to Wine Wisdom. The store features dozens of wines and spirits for any price range and taste. Loved my experience shopping here! Upon entering, I was pleasantly greeted. The staff was very knowledgeable, and did a great job listening to my preferences, and then providing some recommendations, especially George, one of the Managers. I would definitely recommend and certainly return!

This place was great! I really liked the wine arrangements and the décor on the inside. Everything was neat and presentable. The staff was very helpful in assisting me in finding the specific wine that I was looking for. One of the managers, George, was particularly helpful and was knowledgable about the wine when I asked questions. I will definitely be visiting this place again in the near future!

I was shocked when I walked into this beautiful place. It looks like an art gallery. Even though it looked polished, the staff was so friendly and eager to help me find wine. There was a free tasting going on at the time, which was really fun and I learned a lot about a wine I wouldn’t have chosen otherwise. Most importantly, were the prices. I was surprised to see so many different bottles at such reasonable prices. I work in Midtown and was prepared to get gauged for a Holiday party, and instead walked out with two, really delicious bottles. I love this place. The atmosphere is friendly and the selection is perfect. Huge thumbs up!

I’ve spent a great deal of time exploring all wine and spirits selection they have.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staffs! When you need help, they are always with you.
Every time I ask for help or recommendations I receive excellent explanations which are really helpful. They really know what they are doing.
I’m keep visiting here for any occasions because they have a such a great selection! You will find anything you need and even greater and exotic ones you never expected before.
Overall, I am confident that I will absolutely return to the Wine Wisdom again! I feel so lucky to know this place and you will experience same as I did!
