This shop is the best. From the moment I moved to the neighborhood I was hoping to find an awesome wine shop to buy things from, on occasion. I hoped for humble in this neighborhood. I was not disappointed. The name is what lured me in «Wine 4 Ever», it actually made me chuckle. The staff were very helpful the moment I walked in, and friendly as well. Also they have lots of fishtanks throughout the place and play classical music. I have gone back a handful of times and the service is always great. Most recently I asked to buy a couple of their baby fish and Eddie gave me some for free!

Wine 4 ever is truly a local secret on the UWS. The staff & owner are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and they are happy to help if you have questions. The store is small but since they only sell wine, it’s easy to find something at any price point and from anywhere in the world. They have wine and cheese tastings while you shop on most Friday and Saturday nights and they usually turn the music up slightly on those nights (think lighthearted and fun, not obnoxious)…it’s always an enjoyable time at wine 4 ever.
