Was looking for some ice cream and came across this froyo store. While initially skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of flavors and toppings. Taste-wise it was nothing new but good enough to satisfy my sweet cravings after dinner. Another plus was the friendliness of the employee who attended us.

Don’t listen to the reviews, this place is awesome. I used to always go to red mango. But after trying this place, I like these flavors WAY better than red mango. Every time I walk in I am greeted with excellent costumer service. The prices are awesome too, not like rip off red mango. The flavors are delicious. I’m definitely a regular here.

I gotta be honest. I love Red Mango but it’s just not convenient to trek over to Bell Blvd when I’m craving some froyo. This definitely not Red Mango level, but it works in a bind. I had very low expectations going in, actually reservations about it, because so many of these places upset my stomach. Thankfully, this is not one them! Already winning! The customer service is friendly enough I guess. They don’t bend over backwards to help you unless you ask. But they aren’t rude and even smile sometimes. For me, That’s half the formula. CONS: I wish samples were DIY. I wish their«swirl» handles were actually flavors that made logical sense to put next to each other. I wish their flavors followed the seasons like most places(Just 1 example: candy cane in the middle of summer? Ok, but kinda odd. There are many more examples that I will spare you). And lastly, watch out for those bar stools by the window. That other reviewer was right… they are very tippy & potentially dangerous. AVOIDTHEM. PROS: Clean, close, convenient, cheap & most importantly… yummy!

Have been coming here occasionally for the last few years. Yogurt is fine, certainly better than the place in Bay Terrace Shopping Center. However, went in there today with my mother and we sat on the high stools near the window. My mother ends up falling off the stool to the floor; knocking over a few other chairs and drink. Fortunately she wasn’t hurt. Not only did the woman behind the counter NOT come over to see if everything was ok, a few minutes later when my mother asked for napkins at the counter the employee also had nothing to say about my mother’s well-being. Great, so being that you guys don’t care about your customers we won’t care about you. Sorry but you lost our business and frankly you’re lucky my mother wasn’t hurt or you could have been dealing with a lawsuit. So yes, a «ma’m are you ok» would have at the very least been appreciated.

Yogurtland on Bell Blvd closed so I’m now reluctantly shopping for a new local froyo spot. Sad story. The place did smell like chemicals when walking it, I attributed it to it being almost closing time but others have said it on here too so I guess it is a regular thing. There are no sample cups. If you ask they will give you one, but they will also get the sample for you. A little annoying. Decent selection of toppings and flavors, they were offering a sugar free chocolate flavor as well as the regular ones the day I went. The staff isn’t super friendly, but they aren’t rude either. The prices also seem reasonable.

I wish I could give zero stars. How this place got favorable reviews is beyond me! First of all the odor when we walked in was horrible, smelled like chemicals. I wanted to taste a flavor and my party of 4 was told only ONE of us could taste one flavor! WHAT?!! How ridiculous! Terrible customer service. There is no nutritional information or list of ingredients on the yogurts, isn’t that mandatory in NY? I was so turned off I left with no frozen yogurt, they will not be getting my business.

Decent yogurt and decent prices. I wish they had more fresh fruit options. Maybe as the summer continues.

At first i was skeptical about trying this place after reading the other reviews but i’m glad i did because I discovered that this place is pretty awesome. One person below said that they don’t have a letter grade? there’s a huge A on their window… that i’m pretty sure is impossible to miss. The staff are nice, they greeted me right when i walked in, i don’t quite understand where the reviews about«nasty» workers come from. One down side is that some of the staff aren’t fluent in english, but then again it doesn’t really matter. Overall i’ve had a good experience with this place, its clean, the yogurts good, there are many toppings to choose from, and the staff is nice.

How does this place have favorable reviews? I guess since there is next to nothing in Whitestone, it makes this place look better. Here’s what this place is lacking: 1. A letter grade. 2. Nutritional information. 3. List of ingredients(people have allergies). 4. CUSTOMERSERVICE. The people that work here are very nasty as others have mentioned. If you ask for ingredients for allergy purposes, they will ignore you and will not furnish anything. Is that even legal? I want to stay local and root for local places to succeed but this place does not stand a chance. Oh, and the yogurt is pretty nasty. They do have several toppings which are exposed to every sneezing/coughing person that passes by. Enjoy.

This place was good the first time I came here, which was about a week ago. They had taro flavored frozen yogurt and it tasted pretty good. Today I wanted more taro froyo so I went back. To my surprise, they did not have the taro flavor. I guess they change it every day or week. The flavors i got today was not good. Red Mango and Pinkberry def beats this froyo place.

Yet another Asian owned business trying to make it here. Like most of them, the décor is awesome, and the staff is rude, with no social skills whatsoever(ie, guy yelling on the phone in Korean for 5 min before he even looks at you to take your order). The yogurt was OK(nothing to rave about), but it’s kind of self service, so all in needed this guy to do was to point me to the cups, and he was pretty rude about it(maybe if I was Korean, I would have been treated better). In any case, I likely won’t be coming back here, and am wiling to bet that this place isn’t going to last too long. If you want to cater to Americans, you should try harder. If I opened a hot dog stand in Korea, I’m pretty sure that I wouldn’t be able to get away with being rude to the customers.

This place saved my life else I would have died of heat stroke: P Anyhoo, fro-yogurt is really yum and come in a variety of flavors and tastes. You cant go wrong with the green tea. Staff are nice especially the short Asian one and the place is spotless. 4 stars only because most of the staff arent fluent in English.

A friend recommend this place and told me to check it out, I didn’t expect much out of it but I found the yogurt to be pretty good. They offer 10 flavors at a time and a wide selection of toppings. What I really enjoyed is that this place is kept very clean, I find that to be very important. The staff told me that they change the flavors every week, I’m very excited to try their other flavors.
