Wei Min Tan

Wei Min Tan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very diligent and it was obvious that he cares a lot about his clients. If you are one of his clients, he makes sure to devote his time and attention to you — not just during the sales process, but even after the sales process. He even spends a lot of time to make sure the insurance is done properly!
When I worked with him, it was obvious that he knew each property in great detail. I could tell that he personally previewed each property ahead of time. He was able to tell me where every scratch and dent was on the property before I looked at the property. This definitely saved me a lot of time and effort, being able to eliminate the properties that were just not worth looking at.
And, as any great realtor does, Wei Min knew the great deals around NYC and he works his hardest to get you those deals. I definitely recommend working with him; he makes the real estate purchasing process so much easier!
