Virgo Business Centers at The Empire State Building

I use their virtual mailbox service and I gotta say I never expereinced such poor service in my life with any business. When you go there and ask for mail the staff sighs because they need to stop playing on facebook to find and hand you your mail. All attitude they dont for a second think wow Im in front of a customer who owns a business. Also if your card on file expires or something they threaten you to stop accepting mail and cancel your account then charge a reinstate fee. They take 2 months deposit and you need 30 days to cancel which eats up one month. And they know you will pay any fees they give you cause if not you dont get that tax document or that check from your client. I signed up at another location and the secretary told me to go online to sign up. Go here is you want to be abused!
