Needed to have a torn tape restored on an old VHS cassette. It was done on the spot and I was charged a more than reasonable $ 7.00. Within 3 hours the 40-​year old VHS tape was copied onto a DVD.
Service was great and the fee was extremely fair.

Ok, I don’t know if it was a fluke but after many «cool» or indifferent visits I actually had one a couple of weeks ago that was nice! I’d be remiss to not acknowledge that.

Horrible place. I took 2 videos to be transferred to DVD not only is it overpriced but the quality isn’t good. They would absolutely not provide a refund. They claim that they did «all the work» work which is left to a machine to do while they walk away and never even review. At 30.00 an hour for a machine to do all the work? I think not! Don’t go here. Smells like queeny cats too.

Not sure why the reviews seem to say the staff here is rude. I’ve been in a few times (maybe 4 or 5), and I’ve never had any problems with them at all. I’ve used their services both to rent movies (decent prices, good selection), as well as to transfer old home movies from VHS to DVD. They were quick and didn’t charge a lot.

Great range, prices are OK — $ 4.98 for a 3 day loan. But I see what the other reviewers meant about the rudeness — I think a bit of customer service training is needed!
