this place is ok. What i didn’t like was that there were about 3 workers on their phone, didn’t block off and area they were working on, and there were drills and a torch. Then my kid runs towards it and I get yelled at. I yelled back and said they didn’t have a sign and they need to tell us where it’s off limits. It’s dangerous and they clearly didn’t have kids bc they don’t know kids just run. Parents need to be informed AHEAD of time so we can divert their attempts. i really wanted to just report these jerks. They knew i was annoyed and they eventually came over to the parents at the swings to say we would smell smoke if we stayed so the smarter ones left the area to protect little growing lungs. But if I had been told earlier I would not have gotten out of the car! ***Also PSA: do New Yorkers know you can not go into a playground unless you are accompanying a child. Yes you might think you are normal and there’s nothing wrong but pls don’t go in if you’re a single dude of any age. It’s effin’ CREEPY. Maybe you’re a molester, maybe you’re not. Just don’t enter please. There is a sign with Rules as you enter informing you of that law. It was created for the safety of kids and their guardians. ***

I used to hate this park because no one ever watched their kids. They would just sit on the benches and gossip about the other moms that weren’t there. Anyway, since coming back after a while the players have changed a bit and it seems to be more of a fun atmosphere. My girls love it and it’s walking distance to my house. It’s still one huge toilet because there is no bathroom here so the kids just pee wherever they want. It’s a constant flow of toddler urine. Just be ready for a stampede when Mister Softee comes! Those kids will trample you for a vanilla cone!

Great location but can certainly use an upgrade! Kids of all ages can enjoy this little playground. They have Handball courts, basketball courts, baby swings, teen/adult swings, learning bridges, spin wheel, and of course monkey bars. I think they may even have a sprinkler or two for the summer time. Great residential area with plenty of parking and quiet area.
