I love my doctor, I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years. But if you need to contact the office for any reason it’s near impossible. Leave a message and they never call you back. Have an insurance question, they keep you on hold for over an hour and then still don’t know the answer. Need a prescription refill or a referral… good luck. It is craziness and the epitome of giant health care bureaucracy. It’s really so sad. I don’t mind that the office is wildly inconvenient for me, but so hard to communicate with them when you’re not there. Unless you have a very good reason to do so, I would not get involved with UMPA.

Teeny tiny office. I’ve never been to a doctor’s office so small in my entire life. So small that they don’t even have room for plants. What’s a doctor’s office without plants???
They are efficient though, I have to give the office staff that. This office must be really new. They’re still giving away a care package that includes a water bottle, hand sanitizer and a lanyard.
This was my initial visit so all I really had to do was fill out paperwork, have my vitals taken and blood drawn.
Since this is my first visit, I will have to update this at a later date. And if everything goes well, Dr. Seidler will be getting a plant for the holidays.
