This place is filthy. They refuse to clean up the sidewalk in front of their property on E. 105th between 2nd and 3rd. There is a pile of trash 5 feet tall and about 10 feet long.
The executive director, David Nocenti insists that unlike every other organization or business in NYC, he is not responsible for sweeping his sidewalk.
David, if you really want to help the East Harlem Community, why don’t you start by keeping our neighborhood clean?
