I tried to work with Triumph on a rent-​stabilized apt and at first thought they were genuine but quickly realized they had no intention to help me and were just trying to get as many applications as possible to rake in some extra cash on the «application fee».
After paying the fee and quickly being notified that I didn’t get the apt I never heard from them again, even after following up with the agent. Supposedly you only have the pay their fee once — which may be why they didn’t want to work with me any longer.
Shady practices — stay away!

My experience with Jennifer was terrible. Unkindness, No respect at all. Maybe she is a good broker, but I just cannot recommend. I was really upset every time she emails or texts. I am not going to give you an example but you will see.
