Great experience. Quick service and very informative.

So uninformative. I was debating for a while to try this place for cosmetic injections, but their costumer service is very poor, Why give them my money if I can go anywhere else and feel more comfortable. I don’t think the receptionist has any knowledge of they services.

I initially spoke to mikelina who answered the phone and she was very informative and friendly. She answered all my questions over the phone and when I went in for my appointment she was sweet and remembered me from the phone conversation. The office is clean and nicely decorated. The nurse was very helpful and honest I was very pleased! I would highly recommend them!

Purchased groupon deal 40units Botox. Honestly I doubt that if they actually gave me 40 units Botox or sth else cuz I felt nothing. I had had Botox injection on my jaw 3 times at other places. It has been 6 months since my last injection. This is the first time that I felt no change at all. Usually I would at least felt it harder to chew sth
Staff was nice though. Just disappointed at the result. Make sure u actually see the Botox. I just forgot to check

Very pleased with my first visit! Went for Dysport (injectable). Was greeted by Elizabeth the manager. She was very friendly and helpful. Yulia, the RN, provided the Dysport. Very sweet and knowledge and happy to answer my many questions. Also honest when I asked to have more Dysport and she told me it wouldn’t help! You don’t see that very often! Afterwards I inquired about Coolscupting. Both Elizabeth and Inna were very helpful giving me al the information I need including pricing but were not pushy to have me book an appt. Will definitely go back!

I went yesterday for laser hair removal after buying a package on Gilt City for 6 sessions for Brazilian. I never had laser hair removal before so I was obviously nervous. But I am so glad I came here! The office is cozy, cutely decorated, and pristinely clean. The office manager (Elizabeth?) who schedules appointments and checks you in was so nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. I had Inna for the procedure and she was also so nice and knowledgeable. She checked to make sure none of the medications I’m on would interfere with the laser and talked me through the whole process. The laser itself is a new machine, apparently the best — and it was really only slightly uncomfortable and I was just a little red for about an hour after. The entire thing took 20 – 25 mins and I can’t wait to continue going and see the results!

Yesterday I had an appointment in Trifecta57 for laser hair removal and want to share my absolutely amazing experience. This is a very nice place in the heart of the city. It’s very clean, everything is brand new and the atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly. As for the treatment I was told that they are working on the best equipment that you can find today in the sphere of hair removal and that it’s almost exclusively presented in their Med SPA and… I was shocked but it was totally painless and quick and the whole procedure was really pleasant! I understand that being a woman we often have to tolerate pain for beauty. But if you can get results without pain, itching, redness, swelling etc… that sounds like miracle! Many thanks to Inna who did the treatment as she was really professional, nice and answered all my questions. So as a result I already scheduled another treatment for hair removal and will definitely come to try something for the face.
