I started visiting Dr. Mastropietro A little over a month ago after a two-​stop, red-​eye flight (I know) completely destroyed my upper back and all sense of comfort. I had never visited a chiropractor before, ever, and really appreciated 1) the ease and speed with which I was able to schedule an appointment, and 2) the care Dr. Mastropietro took to explain to me exactly what was going on with my neck and back, and how the pain I felt had manifested itself in other ways.
After a few sessions, she gave me a special pillow, and when I traveled out of town for the holidays, she gave me my own back stimulator so I wouldn’t be without therapy while I was gone. Both gestures were super thoughtful and unexpected!
Her office is conveniently located (near my job), and I am always in and out of there within 25 minutes.

Dr. Mastropietro is not only a wonderful Doctor, but a wonderful person! She has helped my pain significantly and worked with me financially to figure out a plan that works for me, even giving me a special pillow and travel sized stem machine for the duration of treatment to cope with pain at home. The entire office is extremely kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend Family Chiropractic, it is an all around wonderful experience!

I saw Dr. Mastropietro for just over 4 months to address severe low back pain caused by slipped disks and have to say that I am rather disappointed with my experience. The Dr. was generally uninvolved in my treatment and dismissive of my pain. I saw her twice a week and it was always a quick in/​out without meaningful discussion of the root causes of my pain or ways (outside of seeing her twice a week) that I could lessen my discomfort. Meanwhile, my condition remained the same for the majority of my treatment and eventually even worsened.
She knew that paying for treatment was a struggle for me at the time, but only when I decided to stop seeing her did she offer me a financial hardship exemption arrangement which, had it been offered earlier, would have helped me out immensely. Overall, it feels in line with that fact that she didn’t seem to hear me as a patient throughout the process of treatment.
I’ve since started working with a new practitioner who is both willing to work with me financially and help me explore the root cause of my pain and work towards strategically strengthening muscle groups to help alleviate pain and prevent future injury. I’m happy to be playing a more active role in my treatment and am optimistic about this new direction in my care.
As a side note — the front office staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive which, while not a saving grace, was greatly appreciated.

Dr. Mastropietro is very good. I was in so much pain before I went to go see her. I suffered from major lower back pain and sciatica for many years. She was very thorough during our initial appointment when asking about the history of my back pain. She is gentle in her approach yet she is very good at making adjustments. I highly recommend her to anyony pain has be who is in pain. Ever since I have been going to see Dr. Mastropietro my pain has been virtually nonexistent. People have been telling I’m standing straighter too. I’m also breathing and sleeping better too. Thanks Dr. Mastropietro… You’re The BEST!!!
