Before I started training with Heidi, I thought that I was in pretty good shape– I went to the gym a few times a week and tried to stick to a healthy eating schedule. After meeting with Heidi & working with her, I realized that I had been mistaken. She quickly introduced me to a exercise & eating schedule that was right for my body & my needs. After just two weeks of following her customized plan, I lost 2% body fat and an inch off my bust, hips and waist! 2 percentage points followed again during the next two weeks. Heidi makes the workouts fun, interesting and especially challenging. She reads your body and your movements and adjusts your workouts accordingly to your individual needs. Our workouts are extremely demanding, but I am always excited to get to the gym and work out with her! As someone who used to dread my time in the gym, I think that eagerness to get to the gym speaks to the personal connection that Heidi develops with all of her clients. She wants you to succeed, she is always available to answer any question or look over any food recipe and she is encouraging. It’s been almost a year since I started working with Heidi, and it’s definitely been one of the best things I could have done for myself. I’ve learned so much about what workouts are going to push me and what eating habits are going to work for my body throughout my life.
