TOWN Real Estate Gina Sabio

Gina is just fabulous! She is truly a very rare find, especially in the world of real estate — honest, detail-​oriented, responsive to all questions, easily accessible, friendly, and with a great ability to judge character.
This has been the third time I’ve worked with Gina to secure a tenant to sublease my coop apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Each time she has worked tirelessly to make sure every detail of the lengthly and complex Board-​approval process has been addressed and taken care of by me, the perspective tenant, and the management company. This has been especially helpful since I live across the country in California. Her ability to screen and evaluate prospective tenants has always been right on the mark — each tenant that she’s suggested has turned out to be a perfect tenant (i.e., conscientious about payment, trouble-​free for both me and the building, and careful about caring for the apartment) — she’s 3-​for-​3! Gina is a pleasure to work with and I’d recommend her to any one.

We are writing this review to praise a remarkable real estate agent named Gina Sabio. When our grown daughter needed an apartment ASAP due to a personal situation, we immediately thought of the Gina who had found us a beautiful apt. to rent in our preferred area for a price we could actually afford! She was always available and treated us honestly and with respect and caring for our situation. We were not high end customers, but she treated us like we were!
Well, within less than a week, my daughter moved into an apt in her preferred location and below her max budget. Gina was remarkable in her patience, attention and skill in expediting my daughter’s procuring the apt. Again this was not a «high end deal».
We know Gina also works with sales and rentals at the high end. However, no matter what your real estate need, Gina is the one to go to for not only profession acumen, knowledge of Manhattan, east or west and honesty, but, most of all, for sincere caring and concern for your situation.
