I moved out of an apartment three weeks before moving into a new one and the guys were incredibly helpful and friendly! We paid exactly the price we were quoted even when being somewhat unprepared upon their arrival. No hidden fees, a first! They lose one star because our move into the new apartment was not properly scheduled so when I called the owner of the company was able to get the same guy to come a few hours later at last minute notice and for a discounted price. I recommend calling a few days in advance of the move to confirm.
I highly recommend requesting Cesar to assist with your move. He was incredibly helpful and made the whole process far less stressful for both moves. And the free storage was a huge perk!
