TKO Chicken

Great place to quickly grab lunch or dinner on the way home. Great placement in my neighborhood and awesome food quality and prices. I’ve gotten their rotisserie chicken as well as ribs. Both were awesome and come with pretty good sides.

All good… Order here at least twice weekly. No complaints! Whole rotisserie chicken with two large sides easily feeds two for around $ 20

Food is decent for the area but I’ve had them mess up my order in the past and the correct sauces are usually not in the bag. Inconsistent service.

Love the food. Have never ordered anything that I didn’t like. Their chicken nuggets are the best! Everything is fresh, delicious and of great quality. The place itself is extremely clean. The owner Dave is extremely nice and so are the girls who work the counter. Would definitely recommend this place. Everyone in the neighborhood knows that their chicken is boss. Ribs and sides too. Yumm!

Decent meal for a local establishment. I had chicken and rib combo with Mac and cheese. First, the chicken was excellent– never had such crispy skin in my life. The ribs paled in comparison — they lacked any strong flavor and were a bit on the tiny side. The Mac and cheese, though watery, had spot-​on taste with a peppery finish. I’d go back for more.

So I read the reviews on Unilocal and decided to try this restaurant we ordered the food in and it was amazing we tried the mac & cheese which was extremely creamy and was very fresh. The creamed spinach was fresh and vibrant and green. My son who is three years old inhaled four servings of it. The rotisserie chicken was not greasy and was served hot and fresh it was not too salty with just the right amount of seasonings. We also ordered a mushroom barley soup. The soup was very good in addition we also ordered some fried chicken wings. they were fresh and crispy when they arrived. french fries were ordered as well which were still crispy and not soggy at all I was pretty surprised at this. All in all the food was really good I was really surprised at how tasting the food was. I will not hesitate to order from them again. They have earned my business and I look forward to trying them again.

We order from TKO delivery about every other week. The food usually arrives quickly and always hot and fresh. The chicken is crispy outside and hot and moist inside without ever being greasy. The ribs are meaty, juicy and very flavorful. All of the sides are very good. Even the fries come hot and crispy, which is saying alot. The rolls could be better but that’s being picky as they are not the highlight of the meal.
The sandwiches and wraps are also very good. I really like this place.

Great food here. The wait time for delivery is a little long but it’s worth the wait. Everything I’ve tried was delicious and fresh. I love the greek chicken wrap and get it all the time. The food is a little pricey but worth it. You will not be disappointed. I love supporting this small business. Thumbs up!

found this gem of a place by chance going through a Unilocal search. this post is based on delivery service. I will pay a visit at another time.
ordered the following:
fried chicken-​made very well. crispy, juicy, and the size of each piece was pretty big. it looks smaller based on the photo but in actuality it was way bigger.
creamed spinach-​best I ever had. very tasty. licked up every drop leftover in the container.
mashed sweet potato-​good but great. no complaints and would order that again.
ribs: good as well. if you’re going to order the ribs make sure to request barbecue sauce on the side. sauce provided might not be enough imho.
not quite as good as corky’s ribs in Memphis but hey for new York it gets my vote as a goto barbecue place. here and joepers smoke shack.

Went searching for a spot that was not to expensive and came across TKO. The prices were very reasonable. I ordered the 5 piece special I believe it was, which came with fries. Service was awesome. The chicken was surprisingly good, little oily, but that was easily overlooked by the taste of the chicken. My friend ordered a chicken Caesar salad with a drink and was shocked when his total came up to 9 dollars and change. Once he received the salad his mood changed he kept going on about how good it was and how he doesn’t feel bad about the price anymore because it was actually filling. Guess they made him a happy customer lol. I was pleased with this visit. Would definitely go back, it’s a nice little spot where you can just sit and enjoy lunch, people watch if that’s what your into and just take in some nice lighting by their large glass windows.

Mac and cheese is horrible (kraft is better)

Creamed spinach Good
The rolls are generic bag Hawaiian rolls
(I wish they had some buttery flaky rolls)

We just order the delicious chicken now and make our own sides (baked beans, corn etc)

I was surprised at how good this place was
our office started ordering lunch from here recenty, wanted a change from popeyes and kfc
the chicken is just as fresh, not too much oil and super crispy
the prices are really good, you can get half rotisserie chicken with two yummy sides for only 8 bucks, it fills you up the whole day
I got their mild buffalo wings, they were really tasy but drowning in buffalo sauce, so its messy I warn you
their mac and cheese was really tasty, drowned in cheese just the way I like it
they don’t give biscuits here, they give rolls instead, which I didn’t mind, the rolls tasted pretty good, but if you want them toasted you have to ask them in advance
their coleslaw is legit, it does take like its really homemade
I think my favorite entrée from here is their rack of ribs, they have the perfect amount of sauce with a little bit of a sweetness too it, the portion are huge for the price you get
I look forward to trying more of their appetizers in the future, I saw good items on their menu like jalapeño poppers and chicken tenders
the staff there is super friendly, they take their time to go over your order with you, and if they forget to bring anything, they send it out right away
I admit they do take a good hour to get the food delivered and prepared for an office of 8 people, but it shows that their food is fresh and not frozen crap, if the food came quick I would of defiantly questioned it.

Really great chicken. I usually don’t like white meat. But it was really juicy. Seriously the best chicken around.

I Love This place… I have had their food and I must say they are delicious! Their Homemade soups are the TOPS!!! I’ve tried their grill chicken spinich wraps.
They have french fries and sweet potato fries… And they put them in Brown Paper Bags… and they are NOT greasy!
Their ribs are also delish!

This place is under new management so I decided to try it, I was glad I did, the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the stuffing was homemade and the creamed spinach was absolutely delicious. I will be returning to try the ribs very soon!

This place has a good selection of food. I would recommend the following:
— Fried chicken
— Ribs are great when you get a good cut. It’s a hit and miss with the ribs
— buffalo wings
— creamed spinach is a definite must
Overall this place has a good selection and tastes good too. They also do delivery which is great. Everything is made to order so do give it extra time.

Had the 3 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. Very dee-​lish! Chicken was crispy on outside and tender inside. Mashed potatoes were done just right… not too watery or dry.
Will have to go back to try the ribs!

I’ ve only ordered for delivery. No complaints. Chicken is cooked to perfection, mashed sweet potatoes are delicious, creamed spinach is really tasty. Food comes delivered fresh and hot.

I live very close to this place. I always pick up my food because they do make it from scratch and it takes 10 – 15 minutes. I don’t mind waiting. The food is pretty good, I really like the fries and the baked beans, and the sandwiches are huge.
This is a brand new restaurant and people really should give it a chance for they are still getting in the grove of things. I am a big advocate for family businesses and hope that this one stays around.
