Thos. Moser’s furniture is breathtakingly beautiful. It is handcrafted lovingly and coaxed into elegant lines with obvious reverence for the natural beauty of the wood. That care and attention to detail extends to all elements of the finished product and they have a huge selection of beautiful fabrics to choose from for upholstering. Our first piece was purchased ten years ago and our third has just recently arrived.
As stunning as the work they turn out is, Thos. Moser’s true strength lies in their wonderful employees and impeccable customer service. Ann and Rob in the Madison Ave. showroom are very knowledgable (interesting discussions about design!) and have given so much personal attention to our sofa that we feel like we should invite them over to see it. When an unforeseeable problem with our gorgeous fabric became apparent within days of our sofa’s arrival, everyone bent over backwards to work with us to put it right. They are actually replacing all of the upholstery. And still being nice to us. How often does that happen?!
