I purchased golf clubs from and one of them broke on the first swing. They would not answer my e-mail to customer service so i called and got someone on the phone who told me to get lost. They told me to pay for the repair myself despite their 60 day return policy and the fact that i am a customer who just spent $ 1,600 and had a problem with a $ 200 club. This is the worst online experience that i have ever had. These people are not your local shop who cares about their customers. Its give me your money and then up yours once they got it.

the huge loud bald guy(named shawn) who works here is full of hot air. this guy told me he shoots in the high 70s and low 80s, i saw him playing at marine park in the group in front of me, he must have shot 140. he also told me i needed an extra stiff shaft, but my pro, along with the 3 other golf stores(including their store in midtown), all of them told me i needed a regular flex shaft. great place, just dont talk to shawn.
