My opinion of this chain was totally turned around with the great customer service here. I asked the name of the young man helping (Siraj I think?) because he actually seemed to care. He also made thorough checks to see if they had things in stock and if things were discounted. Also, while I was there another employee compassionately helped a woman with diabetes. They advised on what might help but also what she shouldn’t spend her money on. Happy with the products I ended up getting.

This is by far the worst of this chain, that said its not a bad store-just the most under performing branch. it doesn’t have the table with all the discounted close to expiration etc products that most every other shop has, almost everything or flavor i want has to be order defeating the purpose of even going to a store-id go online then, and most important their flyers have advertised specials that arn’t even in stock or where to begin with… thats a dangerous practice right their with people looking for excuses to set up a store for bait & switch accusations & such this day in age. not a big store either but half of them arn’t either… unfortunatly the GNC close by isn’t at all better… if even worse. take a train to midtown area stores or sumn is your best bet if your doing advanced shoping
