A cool pedestrian foot bridge that lies above West Street(Route 9A) intersecting Chambers Street where it connects Stuyvesant High School and Rockefeller Park that provides a safe passage for students across the busy and dangerous intersection. Completed in 1992, Tribeca Bridge resonate a modern design. Steps leading to the bridge are spiral and long stairway but hones a beautiful view of the entry way. Albeit, a safe passage to cross the street but with the long spiral stairway and walk way it does not save time, otherwise I’d suggest to cross at street level dodging perilous traffic. Elevator ability is accessible for those with physical limitations and, it is to my belief, feeds a foul stench. Through the grates of this pedestrian foot bridge some nice views are presented.

Cool… a bridge. There is an elevator on both sides that go up and down but your better off taking the stairs because it could take awhile. But if you do take the elevator you will notice that it smells like straightup piss… whether its from a human being or a pet. The smell is not pleasant. You do get a view of the West side highway once you are up there. F.Y.I* … if you just want to get across the highway and save time… your better off just crossing from below on the streets and run for it before the lights start blinking every 10 seconds.

The pedestrian bridge over West Street, this connects the Stuyvesant High School campus with the rest of TriBeCa. You can take some interesting photos from this location, if you take a moment to pause and look out through the grates.
