The Paris

I am a long term tenant in the Paris and have seen many owner/​mgmt companies over the past 20 plus years. Some good and some not so good.
I can honestly say that the building is being run in a professional and respectful manner to the tenants.
Lissete, David, Arnol, Trish and Eric are extremely responsive to any requests or complaints (and every building in NYC has complaints) and respond in a timely manner… and, in my opinion, in a satisfactory one. I have had communications with all the staff on an individual basis.
And, of course, Willy and Orlando, whom have been with the building for many years under different managements.
By far, this is the best management team the building has had since being renovated in the 70s.
Adrian is the new super (was sorry to see Adnan leave but çe la vie) and in my limited interaction with him… has been competent and a pleasure to deal with.
Last but not least, our doormen/​concierge of Tony, Alex, and Chris (on weekends) are superb. They are the ones who give people the first impression and create the initial ambiance of a well run bldg.
