Excellent Rug Repair Service — We were looking for someone to make a repair in our Oriental carpet that was unraveling along one edge. We were happy to find a company with a physical location — it’s actually a high-end store for antique rugs. The gentleman who assisted us, Alen Erfanian, gave us excellent advice, quick service, and a fair price. By phone, he quoted us $ 125-$ 250 for the repair, and suggested we might want to pay an additional $ 250 to get it cleaned. But he ended up doing the repair and a mini-cleaning for $ 125, exactly what we wanted. The only negative is the store is only open M-F, so we could not arrange drop-off/pick-up for the weekend.
