This place takes up a big chunk of the block on Allen Street that it’s on, and it’s well worth checking out. The prices are wholesale prices so you can find great deals here. I’ve came here a few times, and I just tell them what size or weight of lobster I want and the workers are really helpful in picking out one of the live lobsters for me. It’s cool to go even just to check out the live lobster tanks or to pick out a bunch of other seafood items that they carry. They have a great selection of shrimp(the jumbo shrimp prices can’t be beat!) and I often get that as well. Tip: If you want to save more money you could get a cull lobster, meaning it lost one or both of its claws.

Fresh lobsters for a great price. You can spend about $ 7/lb for a frisky battlin’ lobster, or perhaps even snag a deal for $ 5/lb for one that’s on the brink of demise(but still just as tasty as its frisky counterpart, so long as you cook it that same night). With lots of other seafood available including fresh shrimp and an ample and diverse frozen selection(e.g king crab), Lobster Farm is worth checking out if you have a hankering for seafood but don’t want to spend an arm or a leg for someone else to spend 5 or so odd minutes boiling a lobster for you. Cash only.
