Poor quality of service. They work with student residents, its like they practice on you while they learn. Long waiting time and poor follow up care.

The waiting room does tend to be a little bit backed up, but I don’t care because the staff take their time with each patient. They’re very thorough. Never rushed. Happy to answer any and all questions you have. I don’t mind waiting because I know it’s because they’re taking their time with other patients. Good care takes time. I have been to other doctors’ offices where the waiting room is packed with 50 people, and the stressed-out staff is rushing to get everyone through as quick as possible. This is not one of those offices. They are a non-profit. A sign in the lobby says«We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance plans. If you do not have health insurance, we can help. No one is turned away.» So far, I’ve been very fortunate to never have to be without insurance, but if I were, I would definitely call and talk with these people. I have sent some of my friends here. I recommend them to everyone! More people should know about this place.
