Everything seemed fairly well organized. I was able to quickly find my size by myself. Overall, nothing particularly stood out to me. The customer service was neither good nor bad since it didn’t really exist. I wasn’t welcomed with any warm smiles, but I was also able to shop peacefully without pressure to buy anything. Gap is great for purchasing the basics but aside from that, the style is nothing out of the ordinary.

BIGOTEDHOMOPHOBICEMPLOYEE: On Monday morning 3 August, I purchased a shirt at the men’s lower level section of this particular GAP venue. As I was making my way to the exit, I heard an African American heterosexual male make a bigoted homophobic slur in regards to me. When I made an inquiry about this incident, I noticed some employees smiled when they thought I was not observing their behavior. THISISUNACCEPTABLE! Furthermore, this particular employee would not like the myriad of slurs that can easily be directed towards him. It is important to note that ALLLIVESMATTER — regardless of race, sexual orientation, religion, creed, age, nationality, gender, etc. I will follow up with GAP corporate in regards to this disturbing matter. I also welcome a representative from GAP to be proactive in contacting me.
