The Caledonia

The Caledonia is West Chelsea’s première full-​service building, providing on-​site parking, a live-​in super, and doorman and concierge service. This pet-​friendly elevator building also has a children’s playroom, laundry room, business conference center, library/​lounge area, roof terrace with a garden, and an Equinox Fitness Club – the first of its kind located within a residential tower. Take a stroll on the High Line or a bike ride on the Hudson River Greenway, just down the block, or dine at one of the many world-​class restaurants nearby. Boutique shops and art galleries dot the neighborhood, along with plenty of high-​profile nightlife spots in the adjacent Meatpacking District, while several of Manhattan’s best public and private schools are within walking distance.

Been living here from 2008 and I can say without any worries that this is the best/​luxurious building in Chelsea if not all of Manhattan.
Before moving in the Caledonia I lived in the UWS, LIC new skyscraper, up state and prewar building in the Jackson Heights.
They have a party room that can be rented for anniversaries, parties or any events.
Building has an Equinox Fitness center, been to almost all of them from the city and this one is by far the nicest equipment, friendlies staff, amazingly equipment, excellent customer service. You have access thru the building into the Equinox Gym.
Pet care center, home in delivery, ²⁴⁄₇ doorman, business center, Zen Meditation Garden, rooftop garden with grill, shower, lounge — chair, fridge — all of that on the rooftop garden. Library lounge, guests must be announced, can’t just show up and disturbed you without a prior appointment or confirmation call from the Front desk.
For every holiday the lobby is being decorated with appropriate themes.
Location is perfect, can see the High Line park from your appt. window.
Parking is right on the ground level of the building.
Not to mention, EXCELLENT staff professionals.
Close to 14^th Street station –A, C, E, L; not to mention the building staff regardless of the hour/​weather will hail a cab for you.

After living here since 2008 I can not be more happier then I am, it’s an amazing building!
Currently rent but planing in the not that far future to be able to buy an apartment in here.
