Staff are kind and helpful. Building is kept clean. There are two fast elevators, a third service elevator, gym with windows, large digital (no quarters needed) laundry room with windows, bench to wait and a sink area, roof area with table & chairs, ground floor patio with picnic tables, and some units have updated bathrooms and kitchens. A little pricy but most days it is worth it for the location close to Grand Central and away from tourist. Few restaurants close by but many with in a 15 – 20 minute walk.
