All the candy I’ve ever gotten here has been old and stale. He also calls out random prices for candy. One time I bought a box of candy and it was taped up like it had been opened already. So I reached for another and it was also taped up. They were all like that… I thought maybe it was how the manufacturer sealed them but when I took it out the store it had clearly been messed with. I dumped the whole thing… after he had charged me $ 4. Out of control.

this tasti d-lite gives other tasti d-lites a bad wrap. walk in, already realize something is off. NO self serve, only four flavors. toppings? 75 cents… PERTINYINDIVIDUALCUP. flavors were gross. «you want to try pumpkin» «no thanks I don’t like pumpkin» «you like it today try it» «no sorry I actually have never liked it but thanks for offering» then, when I inquired about the toppings on top to weigh it, he said«no you spend more money that way» uh I don’t think a half ounce of jimmies is going to be 75 cents. when I declined and said«never mind this isn’t quite what I had in mind» the guy starts going«your problem is you can’t make up your mind» and I’d had it. I whipped around and said«you’re problem is you don’t know how frozen yogurt works.» and left. go to the tasti d-lite on the east side, incredible service and tons of flavors and self serve toppings.

I get candy here when I visit the fantastic Blue Spoon café next door. The candy is the standard stuff you find in all of these boiler plate candy stores that harbor a Tasti D-Lite. Touristy, indeed, but candy knows no colors or creeds. It’s well stocked and the store owner is friendly. Store is clean.

This Tasti D Lite is really dismal. The guy behind the counter was RUDE, and barely acknowledged me or my co-worker when we walked in. He then proceeded to grunt at us as we ordered. No thank you. I’m sticking to Red Mango for a reason.

This Tasti D Lite location was very different from any other location. This location is like a little kids fantasy land with a wall full of pay per pound candy($ 8 – 18), stuffed animals, balloons, and so on(all for sale). They have a table with a couple stools and a couple pay for internet computers. If low cal fake ice cream isn’t your thing they also have real hard serve ice cream here as well. Prices are still higher than what a frozen ice-cream like dessert ought to be but I still like Tasti, especially this location.

was here on my way back to my gig in the late afternoon, & due to the heat, i thought i’d get myself a shake — -i had something like a choco cream based(forgot the exact name now LOL) shake. at $ 6.50 large cup — it was worth it(though admittedly, it’s not the best…)…i’ll be back again to have ice cream one of these days…

Most Tasti D-Lites dip your froyo in the toppings and then serve it you with pride. Not to mention, it’s free entertainment watching your froyo roll around in a bed of sprinkles.* Not at this Tasti D-Lite. They give you your toppings separately and tell you to fend for yourself. You are to take the little dish outside and top off your own froyo on The Chambers Street of Death. By. Your. Self. Like an ANIMAL. I’m talking sprinkles spilling all over the place. I mean, I’m still going to come by and get froyo here and all, I’m just inconvienced by this topping situation and felt the need to share it with the world. *It doesn’t take much to amuse me.
