I just moved to the neighborhood and was told to try this place for wash and fold. First of all they don’t allow credit card transactions for less than $ 20, which is illegal according to credit card companies. That being said, I can deal with trips to the ATM. I recently took my laundry there, including my favorite pair of comfy jeans. When I got my clothes back, I went to put on my jeans, noticing they were unusually stiff. Then they ripped! I went back to this place explaining what happened and they blamed it on the jeans!!! I just want to mention these are Diesel jeans, so they were made from good quality material (in their defense). I was in shock leaving the cleaners and immediately opened a Unilocal account. I have never written a review before and felt it necessary to do so. Hopefully you read this and chose another chelsea wash and fold place. Never going back again!
