This place is becoming my second home! Finding new power zones, setting new FTP’s and really learning how to get stronger on the bike and all tri disciplines. Brian will destroy you time after time with some hard efforts, Earl loves to pretend that the endurance sets involve any kind of bliss, but is also a great swim coach. I cannot speak any more highly of these guys and their knowledge. Regardless of who coaches you, they take in every athlete as one of their own and push for results. I really appreciate all the guidance they give me.

Riding in the city is hard but Tailwind makes it easy and fun. You bring your own bike, hook it up and get a great workout. No BS, just sweat and hard effort.

Tailwind is a fun and effective way to become a better cyclist. Being able to ride one’s own bike, rather than a gym bike, sealed the deal for me. I also found training with power/wattage to be motivational. The instructors do a nice job of catering to all ability levels, and Sunday’s extended class is an excellent value.
