Same experience as last post. Most employees where casually chatting, singing, goofing around in a busy shop, having people waiting. A woman called«Whitney» treated me with a diva like attitude that is not appropriate for a T-Mobile store. She even refused to assist me, gave me evil looks and walked away annoyed, sending somebody else over. I only give two stars instead of zero, because the woman assisting me afterwards(Spanish employee, forgot her name) was the exact opposite and tried to help me as good as she could.
