Dr. Hesse is an incredible doctor who takes time and thoroughly goes over your treatment plan. My physical therapist, Dr. Joe Spallone (The Best) recommended her and she has gone beyond all my expectations. She immediately addressed my needs and directed me to a treatment plan that worked. It entailed a new MRI, meds, and assessment. I strongly recommend her !

Dr Hesse did a great first check up on me and had me get an MRI and X-​ray to find out what’s going on. She suspected something and wanted to be sure. When results came in, she discussed them thoroughly with me and planned the next move. Her protocol for me is working. First time feeling this in over a year. Recovery will be slow. But I’m so encouraged because the problem has been determined. Yay.

Dr. Hesse was recommended to me by my osteopath and I have been recommending her since then. She is very thorough, warm and really takes her time with a patient. I have not encountered anything like her in Manhattan — she recommended therapy and gave me advice for daily life, which I really appreciated. My symptoms are gone, and I am happy I found a great orthopedist in case anything flares up again. She takes insurance as well, which is a great bonus.

Dr Silvia Hesse has been treating me for several years with various orthopedic problems and has been the most caring and helpful doctor I have visited in my life. She will take her time to examine you thoroughly and really cares about her patients getting well quickly.
She speaks fluent German, too.
