Amazing & Attentive Service given by Dante, Florence & Kari. Just spotless but on the store located at 34th st and 7th worse service given by this Blonde mid thirties lady the service was horrendous that I didn’t even recall her name because I erase ppls that are not polite immediately from my brain, that actually BS stating she had called the store located at 5th ave to have the ring which I required to replace. I’m very intuitive and know a flake and a misjudgment person when I see them. You know who you are. Thanks for the rest @ 5th ave. thanks so much for taking great care of me. Namaste

I went in to exchange my fiancée’s broken crystal earrings for a new set. The saleswoman was very nice, and told me the set had been retired, but the company was aware of the specific problem with this type, etc. She gave me the customer service department’s card, and said to e-mail them. «They might not even require you to send these in,» she told me, «perhaps they’ll simply mail you a new set.» Unfortunately, customer service is where things started falling apart. I e-mailed Swarovski, which took FIVE days to get back to me and say, «we prefer you call us.» Since their own website had invites e-mails for this purpose( ), I was a bit frustrated. Anyway, I called, and they can’t just give customers the repair address over the phone – it would be too efficient. Rather, they take YOUR address, and use it to mail you their address. How ridiculous. So that’s what we did, then I mailed it to Swarovski, which said it could take a month to get the repaired earrings back to me. Short story: Swarovski’s repair process is needlessly complicated and wastes too much time. Jewelry is a service business, and nobody wants to participate in a six-step, a two-month ordeal when the product breaks.

Come here during the holiday season and you’ll feel like you’re about to knock something delicate over with every step you take. It’s a small store and people are coming in and out. With that said, service here is attentive, almost too attentive. I was asked 3 times in a 5 minute period if I wanted to see something. The actual products are generally cool and pricy for the good stuff.
