Super Clean Laundromat

I have been using this laundromat for the last two years and it is getting worse every time I go. There are upwards of 31 machines, including both washers and dryers of varying sizes, that do not work. There are about 8 washing machines that are reserved for employee use only. I understand the need for reserved machines for drop off laundry but I have only seen the staff use 3 washers at the most and none at the least. When the staff is not using the machines they still will not allow customers to use them. The staff can be friendly if you catch them on a good day but most days are bad days for them. You must make sure you bring your own singles because there is no guarantee that they will have any. If your washer fails to fill with water because the machines are old and decrepit you will have to fight with the staff to get your money back or for them to allow you to use another machine without having to put more money in. The only time I have seen the owners is when they collect the money. The only thing I have heard the owners say to the staff was in regards to taking out the trash so they would not be fined. All in all, the owners do not care about their staff or the upkeep of their machines and the staff does not care about the customers or the cleanliness of the laundromat.

I went here to wash clothes and when I asked to use the restroom the workers told me it’s only for customers. I told her I just finished washing clothes and she still said no. This business will never get my money again. Rude workers who don’t even give eye contact.

Will most likely use their services again, however, am concerned as my finished laundry (did drop off) came back with 4 or 5 items that did not belong to me. Hmm.
