This takes the cake for sh#%iest customer service. It’s a disgrace. It’s very disorganized and the employees look like they don’t care and don’t know what they are doing. I came in and was the only one in the store and as I ordered the employees were obnoxiously joking around and speaking in a foreign language instead of taking my order. I was ready to walk out of there. Not to mention they are really stingy with their toppings. I got ONE slice of cheese on my 6-inch sandwich. ONE. The only reason I go here is because it’s close to the train station but this location needs to up the customer service because it’s absolutely horrendous.

It’s kind of small & closes at 10 p.m. but it is near the train station. I also concur on the stinginess in toppings so you may want to ask for extra of things you like.

Worst customer service ever. I went to subway at 9:40PM when their store hours say that they are open until 10 pm on Sunday and the subway worker literally closed the door on me, when I asked him why they closed early, he was not giving me any explanations but indicating me with hand gestures that I should go away after he ignored me for about 2 – 3 minutes outside. A franchise store like this subway location who does not respect its customers should not be in a business at all. This incident happened on March 1, 2015. I really hope that the manager reads these reviews and makes sure that he employs staff members who care and act respectfully to his/her customers who wanted to spend to money at their business.

This one is much closer to me than the one on Continental Avenue between Queens Boulevard and Austin Street; this one doesn’t even deserve one star because I got the runs here from the tuna. That, and on a half footlong I asked for one extra scoop of tuna which was not forthcoming; they didn’t know how to ring this up not that this matters because I won’t be going there anymore, that is unless I write them one of my «diarrhea letters» first. I can also understand the other complaints about this place; they’re all not so unreasonable; the people at the other store are way more professional.

I went in and ordered a footling with honey green tea. The employee took my money after I asked for honey green tea by name. I tried to fill my cup and there was no green tea in the container. I asked if they would make some and the manager told me. «We don’t make the honey green tea so order something else.» I wanted honey green tea and they don’t make it so i asked for a refund and again the manager said. «It’s the customers fault we don’t make it, we don’t make money on that.» My thoughts are if you don’t make the honey green tea then take down the big flyer and our the huge container in the back so the customers don’t pay for a product you don’t make. Really bad management, really bad service for a sandwich. Not worth the hassle.

Like another reviewer said stingy with the toppings. All of the different meats they put on the sandwiches look gross. A nasty philly cheesteak from here somehow costs almost $ 10. That’s a total waste of money. They also put less meat on the sandwhich than other locations– like for instance I went to different subway and got 8 slices of turkey and this place only gives you 6 slices. Every subway is supposed to put the same amount of meat on every sandwich but the asian lady that runs this place is ripping off the customers. Don’t give this place your business. If you have to eat subway, go to different location
