I use to be a fan of this location. I really liked the layout of the place. Too bad they are closed now. Actually have been for at least over one year. It was really busy, typical Midtown crowd. Now there are only 3 or 4 other Subway restaurants to go to in the quick, 3 or 4 block radius that is this area. Sorry the place did close though, seriously.

This has to be the best Subway in they city. Line moves fast, great service, they always put more ingredients when you ask for it… WHOAM I KIDDIN! Same olé sh*t. This one is pretty cool. The one closer to the office is slow and cheap with the ingredients plus it’s so hot that it feels like you are really in the subway. Not very sanitary. Eat fresh!

There’s not much about the food at this Subway that you don’t already know. That’s supposedly one of the good aspects of chain restaurants, you know what’s coming, even if you’ve not been there before. But to set all fears aside, the vegetables are in good shape and the bread smells delicious. However, one of the ways chains can differ is in their service. And the people at this location have the lunch rush down to a science. Despite being one of the newer, if not the newest Subway in the area, they do more business than the ones a block and a half away on 3rd Ave. and Lex. I also recall them winning some kind of award for the amount of business they do. Impressive for being on a side street.
