I was walking by and everyone who knows me, knows I cannot turn down a good Oxford Wingtip. The tiny 6“x6″ sign in the window that nobody can see says«We have men’s shoes,» although it’s lined with women shoes. Indeed they did, in the corner is where you’ll find their selection of 7 – 8 different pairs of shoes. None of them struck my fancy, and didn’t seem as discounted as they would have you believe reading their signs on the window but they did have a much better women shoes selection. It seems like the men’s corner is just for us to hang out in while our counterparts ravage the other 98% of the store. Staff wasn’t very helpful and 2 – 3 of them(the only ones working) stayed behind the counter small talking about there weekend, never bothering to greet anyone. Were they more helpful they could have gotten 3 – 4 stars.

I stumbled upon this place while on my way to Mission Chinese. I really needed wedges and was running out of time to get a pair. I noticed a few pairs of wedges in the window so I decided to try a few of them on. Despite the fact that it’s meant to be a warehouse, I didn’t find the shoes that much cheaper than a regular Steve Madden. The sale selection was rather limited. The two sales racks were buy one, get the second one 90% off. But everything else in the store was regular price. They had scratch cards, so I was able to get 30% off. But the price of the wedges were $ 79, which I didn’t think was warehouse price at all. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase but I think the warehouse part is a bit misleading.

This place is ridiculous. Like the Lainie C. I happened to be walking by and saw these crazy sale pricing signs slapped in the windows and front door. Steve Madden shoes $ 20 bucks, All Boots $ 40 and 2 pairs of Steve shoes for $ 50. You would expect a madhouse but maybe because it was hot and like 2000% humidity the crowd was quite small. The sale racks were SIZED!!! I almost don’t feel guilty for indulging… ALMOST. ;)

I don’t know how long it’s going to last, but there is a Steve Madden Warehouse sale going on at the corner of Ludlow & Rivington. It’s actually been there for about a month now– I happened upon it one evening on my way back from dinner and couldn’t get in the door there were so many women in there trying on shoes! I went back the next day and scored two pairs for $ 30! All shoes are $ 19.99 each or 2 for $ 30 and there are also boots and purses on sale for dirt cheap as well. I was never a Steve Madden fan before, but I think my mind has been changed.
