My gosh, the entire staff is so nice! Really friendly. Their barista’s are the best of any Starbucks I’ve encountered… and I rarely have a bad experience at any.
A comfortable spot, with a great long bar behind a large picture window, overlooking 19^th & Park South. Not a ton of seating there, but it’s never a problem getting a seat. It has three distinct seating areas… the window bar, four tables, and a comfy padded seating area with tables.
This Starbucks is always clean and well taken care of. Truly a great Starbucks to have in the neighborhood, manned by a talented courteous staff.

This Starbucks don’t know how to take my order. I get plenty of double shot or triple shot of espresso over ice and I swear it’s like they put half a shot of espresso. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to the shots were strong and at least half full of the grande cup. The usual size I get. Also the staff here seems rude and uninviting.

Extremely rude staff, waited on line and was greeted with a head nod as if I were some sort of low life. The staff looked as if they did not want to be there and were very unhappy. When my coffee was done they just left and there and did not say if it was ready or not. Stay away from the scrooges!

I really hate starbuck language… it’s stupid and wrong… Grande does not mean medium… And veinte is 20 not large…
Not really a bad experience… but this Starbuck’s only has one power outlet… and my phone was dying… and I really needed to charge my phone… the outlet was located right next to the garbage can… what the hell… I also noticed that when I ordered the venti size chai latte… I was only getting about ²⁄₃ full in the cup… I like extra foam in mine… but it shouldn’t take up that much room!
There’s no bathrooms… But at least there’s a good amount of seats!

I work in Flatiron and this is my regular Starbucks spot. It’s taken me a while to write this with the hopes of my experience getting better overtime, but I am constantly disappointed. I have never been to a Starbucks with such bad customer service. It is actually appalling how poor the customer service is here… The staff are actually annoyed when they have to take your order and have a complete lack of manners such as yelling «NEXT» right in your face, rolling their eyes and never ask if I want a receipt, and then they’re annoyed again when I ask them to print it. If they can have so many obnoxiously loud personal conversations behind the counter then why is it so hard to muster a «good morning,» «have a good day,» «how are you» never mind just the standard «hello.» They never clean out the trash which is always over flowing, and I’ve learned to steer clear of their restroom. I would say that 2 out of 5 times they forget my order and I stand around forever waiting and have to do cartwheels to get their attention to ask if they received the order. The eye roll I got this morning was the straw that broke the camel’s back. After being a loyal customer for many years, I am going on a very long Starbucks hiatus.

One of the worst Starbucks locations I’ve been to. Maybe they’re fine in off-​peak hours, but the morning rush is just a catastrophe — lines out the door, huge crowd around the bar, everybody cranky. They forget or screw up my order at least half the time I’m there, no exaggeration. This morning they were training a new employee on the register at 9am, meaning the line was not only bleeding into the bank next door but actually out the door of the bank as well. Look, Starbucks is nothing special, even best case. And I get that bitching about the service at a Starbucks is at least moderately ridiculous. But seriously guys, get it together.

I dont drink coffee nor want to start doing it but this location is perfect for me. Next to my go to bank, right across from my office, i need a break i go there and continue to work from there with the free wifi. Their bench looking out is very nice for «bird» watching. The lines move quickly and there is a guy that goes there all the time super well dressed with a funny mustache.
the café is café but they do prepare it well and consistent.

This is my go-​to coffee shop on the way into the office during the weekday slog. I’m generally a fan of indie coffee shops, but Starbucks is at least consistently decent and this one is no different.
This particular location does get slammed during the morning, but the staff are friendly and competent, and aren’t super grouchy jerks like some of the other locations in the same area.

For a hard-​to-​find Starbucks location, the line is ridiculous!!! Sometimes it feels like you have to stand in line forever before you even see the cashier! It’s the closest location by my job. Has the typical Starbucks vibe. I refuse to play reindeer games, I call the cup sizes SMALL, MEDIUM AND LARGE. STOP CORRECTING ME! I guess they can’t understand small, medium, and large? I like that the seating is not super tight at this location. Starbucks, is a Starbucks.

One of the better Starbucks I’ve been to in the city and believe me there are too many.
The staff are friendly and more importantly they know what they’re doing.
The store itself is pretty clean, well except the bathroom, but that goes without saying.
I would always use this location of the many in the area.

I am a caffeine junkie well at least when I am not home. When I stroll the streets my eyes and nose open wide as I see the green sign beckoning me to come inside and get juiced up.
Well this is a really cool spot off the beaten path, especially on a lazy Sunday afternoon. My drink is the Iced Mocha Latte and this is yummy!!!
Service is fast and friendly!

«Small» coffee here is $ 2.01. When handed 3 dollars the corporate robot gave me $ 0.99 change. Really?

I wanted a semi healthy meal, so I tried the Chicken Sausage Egg White Wrap and a tall medium roast with Soy Milk. The wrap was a tad bit small and wasn’t toasted enough, so it was cold. Their coffee is great, but they need to step their game up with their food.

The staff is AWESOME. I don’t get why they have only 3 stars :(The staff tries to get to know you on a name basis and remembers your usual. You gotta give them props for that.
As corny as it sounds, my day really does start off bright when I visit this Starbucks location. They do my order with a swiftness and always ALWAYS ALWAYS get it correctly. It took some time getting used to but now, I walk in and out within 5 minutes.
I don’t usually do reviews on chains but I HAD to with this one because the staff is absolutely amazing. Give them a chance, get to know them & you’ll feel what you’re meant to feel to start your day right.

It is like pulling teeeeeeeeeth trying to get a free refill (with your gold card) after 2pm. THEY JUDGE YOU.
Get over yourselves. Why do you care if I’m trying to get my entitled gold card free refill? Am I taking money out of your own pocket of hourly wages at Starbucks? No. Isn’t that what the gold card is all about? You go to Starbucks a lot… get perks… No?

Get to the Chase:
Pros:
1) Very spacious and plenty of seating
2) Surprisingly bustling and a popular joint around 11:00 PM on a Friday night
3) Courteous staff and refilled my tea and offered another cup after noticing how I was going to share it
Cons:
1) Bit messy
2) Nothing special, just your regular Starbucks place, and I’ve seen better ones before
3) Décor is nothing close to the ones in NJ or PA… these had flimsy and uncomfortable aluminum chairs vs. the leather and padded seats I’ve seen before; Also the vibe seems a bit colder and not like a cozy coffee shop like I’ve enjoyed before (think library café feel)

This place is tricky… There are two doors. One leads into the Bank of America and one leads into Starbucks. I’ve seen a couple of people go into the Starbucks thinking it was the bank. Always awesome.
This is a cool location. Really chill and your able to relax. Sip on some coffee and have time for yourself.

This is my new favorite Starbucks! Everybody who works here is so friendly and always joking around and being cute with the customers. Also it’s in the Bank of America so you get to go in through a secret hallway which is way more fun than a regular door.

Friendly staff. Clean. Elegant clientele compared with the homeless-​shelter-​meets-​NYU-​dorm Starbucks on union square.
Recently redesigned. Usually quick service.

Very nice Starbucks, located IN Bank of America’s building, but I guess ‘to the left’ would be more accurate.
Very clean, new, and … has a bathroom!
Nice and friendly service.
Had a coffee here today while people watching.
Even thought it feels like a long train wagon, it has space to sit and catch (on the weekends) not sure how packed it gets durning the weekdays.
