The coffee was less than okay in flavor, the sandwiches are in an open refridgerator area which I was supposed to get and pass it to the cashier to warm it up. I didn’t go for that sandwich, I am used to the real thing where a cook prepares the sandwich right there in the kitchen. I mean who knows how many months ago those sandwiches were put wrapped there, no way Jose, for Starbuck’s prices, I think they can step up their game in the sandwich area. I was only there because my brother took me.

It’s usually a hit or miss at this location and other locations near this one. I’ve had friendly service and also not so great ones. For example today the service wasn’t that great because when I first stepped in, there was a lady being helped and only one barista was at the counter. Then 2 guys stands in line behind me and the barista that was on the floor(near the cash register/food display) decided to jump in and said, «Hey guys you can step down here, what can I get you?» And he did not even ask if I was being helped and I thought he heard the girl say to me I’ll be with you soon. So the two guys asked me if I went yet and I said no I haven’t…even the customers knew to ask me if I ordered yet. Then the guy barista said hi what can I get you and etc. I ordered a black iced coffee with vanilla. After he made it, I asked how many pumps he put in 2 or 3, and he just poured out the coffee and made it again… I don’t know why. They also ran out of iced coffee so he just threw in more ice into the newly made one. Nice! Totally get my money’s worth. If you’re customers are paying a premium price, I except you to give them what they paid for. He seemed polite, but you can tell through the way he talked and his actions that he did not look like he wanted to help me. Sorry if you wanted to help the guys behind me and not me. I know that Starbucks emphasizes on good customer service, but clearly you guys need to work harder on accomplishing that. As for their drinks, very mediocre, so I don’t know if it’s worth the go anymore.

Would rate a 0 out of 5 if it was possible. Truly an awful, terrible Starbucks. Avoid at all costs. This is my 1st and only Unilocal review ever… I am so frustrated with this location I feel compelled to vent, I hope someone from Corporate and their incompetent manager sees this. I am forced to go to this Starbucks every morning Mon-Fri as it is the only convenient one on the way to work, and without fail it is utterly a terribly-run location. Every single, freaking time I go to this location I literally feel like yelling at at least one incompetent employee here, but I have to be silent and bear it. Only around half of the baristas actually know how to do the basic functions of their job, the other half of the staff are complete and utter morons. All the employees, however, are completely unprofessional. They berate each other and make rude remarks to customers. Again, I am forced to come here 5 days a week, so I know what I am talking about. This is also the only Starbucks I have been to where they have 5 – 6 employees at the register to keep the line short(to give the illusion that they know what they are doing), but only have 1 barista actually making drinks??? What is wrong with management to have it like this? The front line may move fast here, but there is always a huge crowd actually waiting for their drinks, and a chaotic scene takes place as 1 or 2 totally incompetent baristas are frantically and incorrectly making drinks. On many, many, many occasions, I have 1) ordered my drink, patiently waited for 5 – 10 minutes and realize no one actually took the order down(this happens countless times with other customers as well 2) Been given the wrong drink 3) Seen employees clean counters with dirty towels then throw them next to drinks being made(and have seen fluid go into these drinks) 4) Seen major spillage of orders. Baristas here are seemingly incapable of pouring ice into a cup without spilling half of the contents. Many baristas here apparently don’t know how to put on lids correctly without spilling the entire drink. The work culture also seems horrendous. There are perhaps 3 – 4 experienced baristas working there, but the vast majority of baristas are idiots. They are visibly frustrated in doing their jobs and conspicuously, rudely, and unprofessionally correct each other. The majority of baristas here do not know how a Starbucks operates, and clearly are just working there because they were previously unemployed and this is the only job they could get. Not to demean them in that aspect at all, but 70% of the employees here clearly do not belong in a coffee establishment. If I as a customer can visibly see the failing and rifts in working at this location, something is seriously wrong. Starbucks Corporation if you are out there: 1) Fire the manager and replace with someone who actually knows how to manage 2) Hire baristas who actually possess the skills and basic professional etiquette to work here. Don’t hire people who have never even been to a Starbucks before in their life, are personally unprofessional, and will work any job that would hire them. 3) Train new hires during SLOW hours, not during the early morning rush This is not meant to demean the 3 – 4 baristas who are actually decent there. And, I concede, the incompetent employees are just trying to make a buck and live their lives. But when I and many other customers who are also visibly shocked at the incompetence of this see this on a daily basis for months on end, this is obviously not a temporary issue and something is seriously wrong with this location. Do not let the sleek interior fool you. Avoid this location if you can…

I hate Starbucks, but this one is as good as it gets. The staff is friendly, the coffee is fine, the seating is plentiful. And there isn’t a good coffee shop nearby(Gregory’s is the closest exception).

Probably the worst Starbucks visited. The customer service was the worst. I waited in line only for the employee to take another customer. I was then asked what I ordered four times. I tried to tell a manager who was not wearing a name tag and did not provide a name completely ignored the situation. Never going again.

This Starbucks location is my favorite in the area. Large and spacious, there are several tables along the wall with access to outlets. There are also plenty of tables and high-tops for the more casual coffee drinkers. If you’re looking for a place to do some work on the weekend, be sure to get there early as this location is popular with the locals. The staff here is super friendly and will even learn your name and order if you’re a regular.

Most of the staff here are friendly and seem like they enjoy serving you and are quick about it. I like coming here to get work done because there are usually free seats and TWO restrooms(most locations have one). My only complaint would be that even when it’s 60 degrees outside, the AC is still blasting. I can never stay here for more than 2 hours(I’d estimate that at least a third of those who stay are here for at least that long) at a time.

Jesse the«manager» is so rude ! There was an incident where the cashier didn’t give my mom her credit card back and we came back to see what happened and Jesse did not want to help us or tell us what to do to solve the situation. Not only was he just simply blaming us instead of looking into the situation for solid facts but he was whining that he would have to go through corporate to view the videos to see what happened. So be careful people, make sure you get your credit cards back and receipts because I realized it is also weird how they don’t give customers their receipts.

Don’t have roaches in my apartment. This Starbucks however, does have roaches. Every time I’m there, I see at least one. Yea yea, it’s New York. Kinda gross, but when I’m in an early am bind I figure roach poop is just roughage or, ya know, «so New York,» I just let it slide. We all do. But this morning, I switched it up. No more melted feces, I went for chilled roach droppings in cold brew. I asked for no ice in my cold brew and I got this half pour! It’s like sampling fine wine only its not.

Love the seating at this Starbucks! There’s a long wooden bench along with windows which provide for plenty of seating. It can get pretty crowded on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, though. The store is clean, and the baristas are friendly and willing to chat about their products. The one complaint I do have is that the baristas don’t seem to understand when you’re in a hurry and want to get your order placed ASAP. On multiple occasions, I have had baristas amble around preparing my coffee and baked goods. That’s totally okay in a small local café, but I thought Starbucks had the culture of respecting people’s busy schedules and being snappy with the orders. Oh well, I’ll deal.

Still my go-to Starbucks. The management keeps getting it right. Quality still excellent and the staff is fantastic. Five stars all day long for product and service, but formally 2 stars considering the street wackos that permeate and ruin the experience. Walking past there yesterday, they were converting their nice outdoor benches to attractive planters. This was done to rid the store of homeless, who would sit there and harass customers and passersby. They understand the quirks of the neighborhood. I haven’t seen the kids hawking candy bars for«charity», and homeless panhandling lately, and they have obviously addressed the wacky old woman who takes up seating, never sits down, and rearranges chairs. When people would see her, they’d scatter. I don’t blame the Starbucks staff and feel badly for them. They are skilled baristas, not bouncers. But Starbucks is a premium experience, not a homeless shelter or Section 8 center. It’s pretty hard to enjoy a most excellent drink or food item while having this craziness go on around you. It also doesn’t give you a feeling of safety. Starbucks has address this. Bravo!

Perhaps my new favorite Bux, this location is clean, well stocked and has a restroom. This is a great, well-lit spot to work from«home.» I checked«yes» to outdoor seating because this location has a bench built into the building. Great for grabbing an iced coffee on a sunny day and then text fighting with someone.
